Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1�3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing estimates are not delivery guarantees.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the destination and order. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.

Shipping destinations

We ship only to destinations available at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected during checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer�s responsibility.

Delays, lost packages, and delivery issues

Carrier delays can occur due to weather, high shipping volume, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact the carrier first and then contact us at info@maurahome.com with your order number.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination fees unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Damaged shipments

If an order arrives damaged, keep the product and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
